Technical Decisions
- Built a clinical summarisation service on Pathway and FastAPI that streams patient documents and regenerates the summary as new records arrive.

- The public case study makes no additional security claim beyond the documented controls shown in the architecture.
Outcome & Evidence
- Tailored output by specialty, since a cardiologist and an endocrinologist need different parts of the same chart surfaced first.
